香橙马芬(Orange Muffin)



 食谱取自:Allresipi

1 3/4   cup   All Purpose Flour
3         tsp   Baking Powder     
3/4      tsp   Salt                    
1/4      cup  White Sugar
1                 egg

1,        Orange, zested
1/4      cup  Orange Juice
1/2      cup  Milk
1/3      cup Vegetable oil
3/4      cup raisins

Method :

1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2. Put the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, white sugar into a large bowl.
3. Pour the other ingredients into the other bowl and mix it well.
4. Mix the dry and wet ingredients  together, remembering that a lumpy batter
    makes the best muffin.Spoon the batter into the prepared paper muffin cases.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, until the muffin are risen and springy.
