巧克力马芬(Chocolate chocolate chip Muffin)




我喜欢这个Chocolate chocolate chip Muffin ,
因为它不会太甜,巧克力味也很浓意,
我很满意这个食谱。
我的侄儿侄女们都说: mmm。。yummy ! 好吃。。

食谱来自(Recipes from) : Nigella Lawsan

Ingredients :  (about 12 muffins)

1 3/4 cups All purpose flour
2       tsp   Baking powder
1/2    tsp   Baking soda
2       tbsp Best quatity cocoa powder 
3/4    cup  Superfine sugar (I using 1/2 cup)
3/4    cup  Semisweet chocolate chips, plus 1/4 cup for sprinkling
1       cup  Milk
1/3    cup  plus 2 tsp vegetable oil
1              egg
1       tsp  Pure vanilla extract


Method :

1. Preheat the oven to 400F (about 200C).
2. Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocao powder, sugar and 3/4 cup
    chocolate chip into a large bowl.
3. Pour all the liquid ingredients into a measuring jug.
4. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together, remembering that a lumpy batter
    makes the best muffin. Spoon the batter into the prepared paper muffin cases.
5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chip on top and then bake for
    20 minutes or until the muffin are dark, risen and springy.
